WTC
WTC promotes business and invests in Real Estate
The World Trade Center (WTC) operates on three major platforms: the Business Club, which brings together senior executives from national and multinational companies; Real Estate projects, which make WTC's presence felt in the cities in which it operates, becoming real architectural symbols in which companies seek to be connected; and the promotion of International Trade, through events, partnerships and networking.
In Brazil, the WTC Curitiba (PR), Joinville (SC), Porto Alegre (RS), Brasília (DF) and Sinop (MT) hold an average of 50 events every year, with more than 2,000 participants in these cities. These are meetings that encourage qualified networking and bring together specialists in talks on areas such as taxes, real estate, ESG, innovation, people and cultures.
Specifically in the federal capital Brasília, an emblematic WTC development will be the first to be launched in the Biotic innovation district. With iconic architecture, it will bring together 120,000 square meters of hotel, event center, corporate and residential areas. As well as being a hub for investors - a gateway to the Brazilian market - it will be a dedicated space for embassies and the international community, and for debates between public authorities and private enterprise.
In terms of business internationalization, since 2021, the WTC has been organizing, together with the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná (Fiep) the International Business Seminar, which promotes debates on how to increase the country's presence in the most relevant international markets, bringing together authorities, consular representatives and authorities from other countries with diplomatic representation in Brazil.
The World Trade Center aims to increase the competitiveness of companies, generate business, foster international trade, disseminate global best practices, and bring innovation and investment to the cities and countries where it is present.
The WTC also promotes relationships between its members, using one of the most powerful corporate tools, networking, as well as identifying and prospecting for partners.
Its members can count on the network of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), an association that brings together WTCs around the world. Considered one of the world's leading business clubs, the WTC Association stimulates trade and investment opportunities for commercial property developers, economic development agencies and international companies looking to connect globally and prosper locally.
Exclusive World Trade Center (WTC) branded properties and business services organizations are located in more than 90 countries and are supported by 15,000 WTC professionals who offer integrated and reciprocal resources to meet your business needs. In Brazil, in addition to São Paulo, the WTC is present in Curitiba (PR), Joinville (SC), Porto Alegre (RS), Sinop (MT) and Brasília (DF).
